AGM and Presentations

Devizes Photography Club held our Annual General Meeting. Several resolutions and amendments regarding rule changes were discussed and voted on as well as electing our new Chairman, Gerald Clarke and his committee.
Many thanks to Barbara, Caroline, Heidi and Bridget for baking delicious cakes for the break.
We also held an award ceremony for this season’s competition trophies. Congratulations to all the winners, pictured receiving their trophies below.

Although not present in the room last night, Alan Falconer was awarded two trophies for Photographer of the Year, beginner, projected image and best Projected Image of the Year, beginner.

A special mention goes to Robert Harvey who wasn't present in the room last night, but managed to scoop up 10 trophies this season - many congratulations Robert.
We are now officially on our summer holidays but lots of Special Interest Group trips and tutorials will continue as usual throughout the summer.
We return to weekly meetings on Tuesday 2nd September for our opening meeting, a fun photographic quiz and cake!
