Each member may enter up to a maximum of three themed sets each comprising five digitally projected images which cover at least 2 photographic genres selected from the list below.
The Following photographic styles Colour, Monochrome, Macro, Fine Art and Creative are included in the genres set out in points 1-7 below.
Animal World: which encompasses anything with a heart beat, i.e. mammals, insects and birds.
Plant Life; Flower and fungi photography as found in their natural environment.
Natural World: landscape, seascape, astronomy and woodland.
Structures and Mechanical: this would include architecture, transport and technology.
People and Lifestyle: to include studio portraits, sport, street photography, documentary and travel.
Artistic: still life and abstract
Any other genres: will have to be presented to the competition secretaries in good time for approval.
and will be judged as a set by all Club members present on the night of the competition.
Please pay particular attention to the rules on in the Annual competition section in section 5 for The Hewitt Cup.
Anyone who is thinking or going for there LRPs or ARPs then this is a great way to learn how to put a panel together.
On the night voting will only be available to members in the Town Hall not for people watching on zoom.
