Caroline will lead a trip to photograph Clevedon Pier. During mid July it is possible to capture the sun setting through the glass dome at the end of the pier you will also be able to capture the high tide at the Marine Pool. Sunset is at 21.28 and the high tide is at 9.53 . It is a 12.8 meter tide and should overspill into the marine pool before sunset , but there should be opportunities to photograph this during golden hour as well. For those who are not familiar with Clevedon there is only about 150 meters between the two so it is easy to switch between them.
At the moment the weather is showing as fine with some light cloud although it may be a bit breezy. Caroline will check the weather again, later in the week to ensure it has not changed to less favourable conditions.
It should take around 1hour 20minute to get Clevedon , so Caroline will be planning to leave at 18.30 to allow plenty of time of time to park and look around for the best locations. Let her know if you may be interested and I will send out a weather update later in the week for final confirmation.
If you are interested in lift sharing let Caroline know if you would like a lift or can offer a seat(s).
