London South Bank and Tate Modern

Street/Architectural  photography, London South Bank. Bridget and Caroline will lead a photowalk to London South Bank. We will get the train from Andover into Waterloo mid to late morning . Then walk the South Bank of the Thames, places interest will include  Leake Street Arches (graffiti tunnel), Tate Modern , Millennium Bridge and views of St Pauls Cathedral, Tower bridge, the Shard , the Millennium Wheel and Westminster. Sunset is at 20.49 and there are trains departing Waterloo at 21.20, 22.30 and 23.30 so we can stay through blue hour if you want to. Train ticket prices start at around £42 - or £31.80 if you have a railcard. There are cheaper options but this one allows flexibility in the return time. There is ample parking at Andover for about £9 per day  so if we lift share we can save a bit of money on this. There are plenty of places to eat , we can decide what suits the group best on the day.
