Langford Lakes

  • Langford Lakes Duck Street Salisbury, England, SP3 4NH United Kingdom (map)

This is run by Club Member Tim Tapley and was one of the best attended events of last year. We will meet at Langford Lakes car Park at 9am for a brief from Tim and then a few hours around the site photographing the wildlife. Tim will be able to let you know what birds are present and last year showed us lots of opportunities to photograph some of the many tiny insects so remember your macro lens if you have one, a flash might be useful for the macro if you have one but not necessary, you may also want to bring a tripod or monopod. . You will need a long lens, 300 - 400mm minimum  if you want to photograph the birds. Tim is also available to advise on camera settings and photo technique. We are able to spend the day here if we want to.
