WCPF Inter-Club Championship
The WCPF Inter-Club Championships are annual competitions where camera clubs across the Western Counties go head to head in both Digital and Print categories. This year’s championship was held on Sunday 8th February.
there were 360 prints entered, with 240 shown as projected images due to time constraints, and a total of 768 projected images judged on the day. The judging is fast. Rally fast. Each image appears for a few seconds, before the judges make their decision, giving up to a maximum of 15 points. Seeing the pace in person, was quite something.
As a club Devizes Photography Club scored 211 points, placing us joint 7th alongside Mid Somerset, Plymouth and Wellington. We also secured two highly commended awards:

Congratulations to Kevin and Robert for their well deserved HC awards, and a big congratulations to the clubs who took the top spots. They produced outstanding work and set the bar high for everyone.
