Garden Photography at Seend

A number of the club met at Seend to photograph the remarkable themed gardens at Seend Manor that have been created over the last 20 years and evoke important parks of the overs lives in England, China, Africa and Italy. Fern walks, fountains a lovely grotto and parterres are among some of the delights we saw. Across the Church yard we then arrived at Seend house which is a Georgian house with a further 6 acres of garden. A highlight is always the stream of lavender and the magnificent view across the valley. There is so much to see in both gardens that it is difficult to take in and decide what angles work well on your first visit and many of the club were wanting to come back next year. PC
